Meet my sweet neighbors, The Callahans. I lived in one of the best communities in Pacific Beach and was so blessed to have met some amazing families. As I have had said numerous times, it is always such an honor when friends hire me to capture their love. It really melts my heart! Most of my photo sessions take about 45 minutes, because with my experience as a photographer for over 14 years I know the smiles become less authentic and people really just get over being photographed. Which is totally fine!! I have been on the other side of the camera numerous times and even I can get over it. If you have kiddos they often just have an attention span of 15-30 minutes so I work fast to get all the perfect posed and candid photos. However, as we were walking away from the beach at the end of this session, I turned around and saw the most perfect colors in the sky so I asked everyone to give me one last BIG HOORAHH SMILE! Thankfully they nailed it BECAUSE that SKY is out of this world breathtaking.
