Senior: Braiden at Clairemont

Senior portrait sessions are so much fun and it’s even more fun when it gives you an excuse to explore the outdoors. Braiden looked over my location recommendations and chose this San Clemente Trailhead in Clairemont for his senior portraits. I always rave about this spot because it is only a 15 minute drive from Pacific Beach, but offers so many great spots to take photos at within a short walking distance.

Braiden and I talked a lot about where we both use to live before San Diego. Turns out it’s a small world in the military (as we all know) and his stepdad actually worked with my husband in Key West. I never once met him or his family while living on that small little island, but move us to San Diego and our worlds collide. Braiden also told me about his interest in photography. I always enjoy meeting other people who love and appreciate talking dorky photo things.

With an outfit change we were able to get two different looks for these senior portraits. I honestly can’t pick a favorite outfit. I am so glad Braiden’s mom reached out to me to capture this moment in his life. Graduating High School is definitely a huge deal! Congrats to this Senior Grad!
